How Do I Change and Update My Bank Account Details?
In order to change or update your bank account details, please send us a photo or scanned copy of official documentation from the bank (a blank/void checkcheque, an office letter from the bank, an official bank statement, etc.) stating:
- the account number (including IBAN, BIC, SWIFT)
- account holder name
- address
Please note, the name of the account holder must match the name on your contract.
Taboola can not pay publishers into bank accounts under a name that does not match the contract holder.
What Is My Payoneer Username?
Your Payoneer username is the email address you used to register your account with Payoneer. If you do not remember this email address, please contact Payoneer Support Center with an alternate email address for further assistance.
Note: You may be asked to verify additional security details and provide documentation that shows previous activity with funds processed by Payoneer.

Open your unique Payoneer registration link, provided in the initial onboarding email from Taboola Support, and select “Already Have a Payoneer Account.”
You will be prompted to enter your Payoneer email username and password. Upon clicking confirm, you will see a confirmation message that Taboola has been added as a funding source to your Payoneer account.
Can I get paid through PayPal instead of Payoneer?
No, Payoneer is our designated global payment platform. We work with Payoneer to ensure that revenues are processed exactly as indicated in Backstage, and without any deduction or transfer feeds.
Change Payoneer account
We can only pay our publishers through Payoneer accounts created with Taboola generated links. If you are having difficulty using Payoneer or have an issue with your account, please refer to their support center.
How do I confirm that my accounts are set up to receive my monthly payment?
Soon after registering for a Payoneer account, you should receive a confirmation email that your account has been approved.
If you do not receive this confirmation email, please email support@taboola.com and we will confirm setup.
In rare cases, Payoneer’s approval department may contact you for additional information or documentation. Be mindful of these communications and respond promptly to ensure that your payment is processed as smoothly as possible.
